My pole is not locking. What should I do?

If your pole is not locking and is slipping this type of issue typically means one of the pole clasps needs to be adjusted.

Each pole clasp controls the section of the pole above it. If you adjust the screw running through the thumb lever clasp just below the pole section that is slipping/tight, that should fix the issue.
